When will my coaching gear arrive?

We work with our manufacturing partner, Winning Equipment, to provide fast and secure delivery out of Boise, ID.

We guarantee your gear will get shipped out the same day if you order on a business day before 3pm EST.

You can expect to receive your gear within 2-3 business days from the day you place your order.

For weekday orders finalized before 3pm EST, you will receive a notification with your shipment tracking ID that same day. For night orders or weekend orders, you will receive your shipment tracking notification the next business day.

What locations do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the United States or Canada.

What is your return policy?

If you tried out the equipment and aren’t 100% satisfied then you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund.

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Re-pack the items with the original packing slip into a box and have it shipped to us here:

You will need to cover any return shipping charge and make sure to get a shipment tracking ID to ensure the return is delivered back to us.

After you return the product and we’ve received and inspected it, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 15 days for this process to complete.

I changed my mind! Can I refuse the package?

If you decide you don’t even want to take the chance to test out the equipment and before it gets to you, no worries, here’s what to do…

Contact us immediately with your order information. If you’ve already received a tracking ID and the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for the package to arrive and refuse it.

Wait for the package to arrive and write RTS (Return To Sender) on it and put it back in the mail (you may have to deliver it to a UPS or USPS drop-off box)

OR

If you are home when it is delivered, simply refuse the package and request them to return it to the sender.

This will ensure the package is returned at no cost to you and once we receive it you will receive a refund.

Can you ship my books and videos too?

All of our books and videos are delivered digitally inside the members area. So you get instant access to everything, and don’t need to pay any shipping or handling fees.
