    Players practice dribbling with one ball.

  • Drill Setup

    Players line up along the free throw line extended. Each player has a ball.

  • How It Works

    Players dribble to halfcourt and back. Run each phase for 30 seconds.

    • Phase 1: Right hand dribble, jump stop and reverse pivot at midcourt.
    • Phase 2: Left hand dribble, jump stop and reverse pivot at midcourt.
    • Phase 3: Right hand dribble to half court, crossover, left hand dribble back

This dribbling drill is also a great conditioning drill.
