On this quick transition play, there is only really one option - hitting the small forward for the open jumper.  If the defense over commits however, the point guard should be ready to hit the power forward slipping to the hoop after the screen.

The play will begin with the center down on the right block, the shooting guard on the right wing, the small forward in the left corner, and the power forward up at the top of the arc, where the left free throw lane line would intersect with the three point line.

The point guard will bring the ball over on the right side of the court.
