• Purpose

This is a drill that instills intensity, post moves, offensive and defensive rebounding, post and outlet passing and conditioning.

  • Setup

This drill is run with six players, or five players and a coach.  Three players are on the perimeter, two wings and a point, each with a ball.  They will be passers until it becomes their turn to go into the “Meatgrinder”.  Two others are standing side-by-side in the lane.
