Set Up
This play uses 3 teams of 4. No dribbling allowed. If a player dribbles they set the ball down immediately. Both teams start on the same end of the court, the coach shoots and both teams try to rebound. The team that gets the rebound is on offense and tries to move the ball down court (far end) and score.
