Energizer Press Drill

  • Purpose

This drill works on all of the following: trapping without fouling, ballhandling, the glide dribble, and not getting trapped. The drill works on 3 on 1, 3 on 2, or 3 on 3 situations.

  • Setup

This press drill requires 5 players.  The drill starts with the Coach inbounding the ball on the baseline.
