Cincinnati Drill

  • Purpose

This is a great drill for shooting and passing skill development.  It's a transition drill, where both teams play 5 on 5 full-court until one of the teams score.

  • Setup

Divide the team into two groups.  Put one group behind the baseline on each end of the gym.  Set 10 minutes on the game clock.  The first player from one team will come down to the opposite end to shoot a free throw.  Two players from the team under the basket will step out into the lower lane slots, ready to rebound.
